Election Fraud Map

The Election Fraud Map displays a sampling of proven instances of election fraud. Every case ended in a finding that the individual engaged in wrongdoing in an election hoping to affect its outcome—or that the results were sufficiently in question to be overturned. While not comprehensive, this map demonstrates vulnerabilities in the election process and the ways in which fraud is committed.

Eleven people are facing felony charges in a Midstate election scandal.

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) says agents began investigating in January after reports of 15 convicted felons unlawfully voting in Sumner County elections from 2020 to 2022.

Some Tennessee Voters Still Unsure of Voting Rights on Election Day

UPDATE, Tuesday, 2 p.m.: The Tennessee Attorney General’s Office has told a handful of Middle Tennessee voters that they can cast provisional ballots in today’s election amid uncertainty of their eligibility because of a change in how the state views felony rights restoration.
