   1) Every county Election Commission Office is required to follow Tennessee law. Please ask your Election Commission how they will enforce the requirement that only United States Citizens are registered to vote in your county.

   2) There are no laws or regulations preventing a county Election Commission from the posting signs of Tennessee laws in voting locations. Please ask your County Election Commission if they will authorize and post at the Precinct Registrar position the following signage.
